    Can I make changes to the quizzes, memes and videos?

    Absolutely. While all the content is fully edited and ready-to-go, feel free to make a few changes–or as many as you like!–to make it your own. You can reference products or services, personal info about your credit union, or simply change the style/tone. Add more questions, too!

    As with CUcontent, where all articles, videos, infographics, etc. are fully customizable, you can make as many changes as you want.

    How can I deliver the quizzes to members?

    Most of our content can be shared or embedded as-is. We’ll also provide you with a few recommended apps (you can get a free trial on most), but if you’d like to use something else, that’s fine.

    Do you provide support to help us get member engagement?

    Absolutely. Posting interactive content is simple and intuitive. If, at any point, you need a hand, though, we’re here to help. CUinteractive includes unlimited phone and email support.

    How often should we release a quiz, video or meme to our members?

    It’s up to you. We like the idea of the “12 days of quizzes” where you roll out a new quiz every day. Of course, you can also do it once a week, twice a week, or even less frequently, but there’s more momentum when you release one each day for two weeks or so.

    What if I’m not happy with the results?

    We’re 100% certain you’ll love the results. But, what if you don’t? As long as you’ve shared at least 4 pieces of content with your members and let us know what your results are (within 14 days), we’ll refund the full cost of your content.
